Breakfast was great!

The location was right in the tourist area, if that is what you are looking for. The breakfast was wonderful with a full buffet and a coffee machine for which ever style you desire. It is secure with numerous doors to unlock when returning from walking around. Since it was summer, it was warm. The fan provided in the room helped if you lay in one spot. Parking can be an issue, and you will need to plan ahead on a parking location for your vehicle if you have one.

The location is fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was super nice.

Great location, minutes walk from major landmarks and from subway station. Very good breakfast served daily with a great choices including eggs, sausage, cold cuts, cheese platter, cereals etc AC was not cooling very well.

The location is perfect! The breakfast was perfectly varied, plentiful, and delicious. I had hoped for a bit more help from the concierge re: suggestions, directions, reservations, and airport transfer. But she was very nice.

The staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. The woman who checked us in was especially lovely and always greeted us with a smile whenever we came and went, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, with all of the main sights in the Old Town just a 5–10 minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast each morning offered a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. Despite being located in the heart of the Old Town, we found our room to be surprisingly quiet. If possible, I’d recommend requesting a room facing the courtyard for an even more peaceful stay. The hotel does have an elevator, but it only stops at the half floors, so you’ll still need to carry your luggage up or down about half a flight of stairs. It’s something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns or are traveling with heavy luggage. There isn’t a 24-hour front desk, but we were clearly shown how to access the building after hours, and the process was straightforward. It would also be nice if the staff provided a few local recommendations at check-in, such as nearby restaurants or hidden gems, to help guests make the most of their stay.

The breakfast was generous and wonderful -- there was even salad! The location in Prague's Old Town made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. Some of the wallpaper in our room was held up with tape. That was a bit odd.

I had to leave early, which made it impossible for me to enjoy the breakfast in the cantine, so I was kindly allowed to take it with me. The limited working hours of the reception. However, the instructions how to get in for late arrivals were sufficient.

Nice hotel, close to the old square but still pretty quiet. The room was air conditioned (which was a big bonus as Europe was hitting record breaking temps), the breakfast was filling and tasty and the staff was responsive and kind. They also have a good place to store your bags on checkout if you are exploring further that day. Nothing, it was great

Great location. Walking distance from most interesting places in Old Town. Lots of good restaurants ans cafes nearby. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We needed to leave early so the kitchen ladies prepared breakfast for us to bring to our journey. Had to take a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. May be a challenge for people with heavy luggage. AC in the room was not cool/cold. However, we were there in the middle of a heatwave.

The hotel has a great central location close to sites such as the astronomical clock tower. The hotel has an elegant old-style look, warmer than chain hotels. My room was comfortable. But best of all was the staff. They were very accommodating, allowing me to check in early, for instance. The breakfasts look great; since my flight was early in the morning, they packed me a huge to-go bag. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Prague. Note that the reception is staffed for only a limited number of hours. Not an issue from my perspective, however.
