Never again at this hotel. I read all these positive reviews and honestly wonder where they come from. My experience was completely the opposite. When I arrived, I asked about the garage and was told that everything would be explained to me. Instead, I was given a piece of paper with a map directing me down the street to an outdoor parking area in some kind of courtyard. When I got there and saw what the parking area looked like, I returned to the hotel and said that I did not want to leave my car there. Only then was I allowed to enter the hotel garage. The garage is extremely narrow, old, and has absolutely nothing to do with the photos shown by the hotel. While parking, I even scratched my car’s wheel rim because the space was so tight. If you charge guests for parking and present the garage as a facility, the least you can do is provide what is actually shown in the photos instead of sending guests to some outdoor parking lot and only allowing them to use the hotel garage after they complain. A very disappointing experience and definitely not a hotel I would recommend. Never again.

The location is fine, nice rooms, the bistrot and breakfast. The reception was understaffed at the check-in hour. For quite a long time, only one senior receptionist was there - he was extremely professional in spite of pressure.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet room, superb breakfast, free parking. Welcome drinks and Prague Pass were a plus. Just a few steps from a tram station. We didn't have hot water at night.

It was very clean and nice service. The location is also good to park your car and take transport around the city. Wifi can be improved ... but overall except service.
