Also, another person has very poor hygiene, due to the fact that he has not washing his sport clothes, such socks but also his feet, which resulted in unbearable smell during the stay. For this safety and health concerns,where can I inform the staff to take actions so that I and others clients of the hostels dp not have to suffer the consequences and pay with our own health? This a real question for the hostel. Thank you

Its clean and the staff especially was really nice The rooms are shared and not gender seperated.

The staff was... questionably irritated by whatever ? Some of them will definitely show you that you're bothering them even though it's their literal job to answer your questions about the facilities in the Hostel. Like calm down lady, I was just asking about the laundry area. ?

Excellent reception; Energetic, helpful, and informative. Clean beds and very comfortable. Many amenities were available but do to my short stay before flight I could not take advantage of what was offered.

A bit far from the center but close to the tram.

I was really overwhelmed by the amount of people trooping in and out and still the hostel was always clean , staff were friendly and welcoming too.

fan didnt work and was extremely loud. lock on the lockers didn’t fit most padlocks. extremely hot, only place with AC was the lobby. felt kind of unclean. location in the middle of nowhere however train station is close - ish

Everything was super clean, friendly staff, lovely location and nice area with lots of alternative cultural spots and bars, well-connected with the rest of the city. Great to have a sauna and a pool. Not many sockets for charging in the room; many very loud teenager tourists that take over pool and sauna and just splash around ?

Everything. It was my first time in a hostel and frankly i was shocked. The facilitied are also very clean. I stayed here for only 3 nights but ill come back again for sure. The city also offers a lot to do and i couldnt do it 4 days.

Very friendly place, there’s people from all around the world so you may definitely make new friends there. I like that the rooms are divided for 4 people so if you go in a group it’s pretty cool that you can get your own room. It’s organized and safe, each room has its own bathroom.

room was big enough, hostel is in 15 minutes on tram from center. it was clean and comfortable. service was equivalent for price. overall if you travel on budget it's perfect option.
