The staff was rude and disrespectful, especially in the gym. When I reserved any hotel I always ask for breakfast to be included but once I got to the hotel they said that wasn’t the package I purchased. We had to pay extra to use the spa yet the advertisement made it appear that was included in your stay. 1. False advertisement to get you at the hotel 2.The gym staff rude and disrespectful 3. The location is far from the airport not close as advertised. Yes, they have a shuttle but at an additional cost.

Spa , restaurant Bed linen awful, not even big enough to cover me or the bed -mattress around 2 inches , cheap, terrible - towels and linen the same

Room was huge and very clean! Location is a bit away from the main attractions. Restaurant; Main course comes as just Meat on a plate and any Vegetables or sides are extra, so be aware!

Love the location - a bit away from the city but central to go where I need to Nothing.. only missing a space for working meetings, one has to meet at the restaurant which is ok but maybe not so great for other guest dining there

Design, staff, quiet, breakfast The description says they have a shuttle but in fact it’s just help with booking a taxi, spa only opens at 12pm and we didn’t know when we paid for a room with spa access which we couldn’t use since we checked out at 11am.
