The hotel is nice, clean and located centrally in the city. We had booked one night via booking and then asked to prolong our stay for one night. We asked for it at the reception and did not do it via booking.com, cause we know that most hotels prefer this and we frankly didn‘t know it would be a problem. However, they charged us almost double the amount for staying in the same room, compared to the night before. Both bookings were similar in their sponteneity. If we had booked it online, we would have saved a lot of money. So don‘t let yourself be scammed :(

Great location. Front desk staff were excellent - very helpful. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Our room was in the "residence" which is in the far end of the hotel. The room and bathroom were not as nice as our friends room who stayed in the main part of the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet and staff willing to accommodate special requests I.E. omelettes. Very helpful and friendly staff Hotel was very close to Old Town Centre but far enough away from noise of the town. Cost of breakfast was high and did not give cheaper options if you did not want the full buffet.

Excellent, quiet location with easy walking distance to old town. 300 m from underground. Professional staff. Beds were slightly too soft for me but that’s a very small minor detail.

Pristine bathroom, amazing breakfast, friendly staff and best location. The room was a bit cold, but the staff gave us an additional heater, which solved the issue.

It was perfect to walk to all the major sites in the old town of Prague. We really enjoyed the hot apple tea and sandwiches in the lobby at 4:00. It was nice having your room cleaned every day. Every thing was good
