The shower didn’t heat up properly, and the room wasn’t warm enough, which caused some discomfort. In addition, there were not enough blankets, and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable.

Nothing to like, most expensive hostel, cheaper options are available. Stay there! I did not like the attitude of the receptionist.(morning shift) she was arrogant, racist, mean, and hostile.

Beautiful view of the city! The location is great and on a main road, yet the apartment was very quiet and safe. We would stay here again

Met all basic needs, location good just outside old town area Basics provided but no comforts like shampoo or coffee. 4th floor location meant elevator a must. No A/C.

Beautiful kitchen and perfect location. The bathroom was also big and fully furnished with everything you could need. Kaiser is a gentle and kind person. The room was perfectly cleaned. The only thing that could be a bit below the overall high level of the accommodation were the bed sheets and the pillow. A bit too raw and not as elegant as the apartment overall, just almost as a sleeping bag with a huge pillow that was soft so you could play and put it as you like the most. Way too soft for me.

Awesome location great staff like dom,Darcy,Lexi,gio and Maggie definitely made the stay a whole lot better! Fun activities every day definitely recommend!

The location is perfect!!! The property had a terrible damp smell when we entered. We had to keep doors open despite the cold, just so that we could breathe.

One of the best places to be at heart of prague. All major attractions are nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Yasmin and kalina were so supportive with suggesting right places of visit and hosting few games in the night. For sure coming back. As if hav seen in other reviews , these staff ppl deserve to have a tip box

Thank you so much for everything! I had an amazing stay, the hostel’s location is perfect, and the activities and family dinners create such a nice atmosphere. A special thanks to all the hostel staff, and especially to Isabel, who made the experience even better! The size of the bed was a llitle short for us.
