If you don't expect 5 star, it's fine. Liked the quiet room. Nice decor. Good location. Not 5 star as advertised. Essential items missing. No robes, slippers, vanity set. Lot of little issues. Quite a lot of dust in the room. Water not replenished after first day. Towels had seen better days. Shampoo and condititioner in opposite containers. Not all items labelled at breakfast. No made to order options. Good hotel for a 3 star but not more.

Always stay here when I come to Prague. The location is great, the staff are so helpful, and the rooms are very quiet and comfortable, with aircon, blackout curtains, a massive bed and a spacious bathroom. 10/10.
