It was conveniently located close to the city centre, which made it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot or by public transport. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After walking around extensively, I had quite a lot of pain in my feet, and the staff were very kind and helpful in providing me with some medicine when I asked. N/A

Great location in the centre, stylish interiors with impressive glass lift, nice room with air conditioning, tasty breakfast with plenty of choices, friendly staff. The room could do with cleaning under the sofa. The breakfast room was not air-conditioned and it was quite warm.

I enjoyed my room very much. I asked in advance for a room with a window, and was pleased with my accommodations. Ample room for a single person. The air conditioning was amazing, and a welcome relief from a day spent outside in the summer heat. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is so conveniently situated in Old Town, with proximity to major landmarks/ sites of interest. It is also tucked away from the busyness of Old Town, which allowed for peaceful resting in my room without the noise from the outside environment coming through. The historic qualities of the hotel were also very charming.

Location was great. Close enough to everything but far enough it was not overly crowded. Breakfast was fantastic!!! Room seemed out dated but I think this is just common. I’m from USA so rather spoiled so take my comments with a grain of salt.

Good location! Close to Old Town Square and other sightseeing areas like Charles Bridge etc. Breakfast was delicious and the layout of the dining room was impressive in the cellar, an old style building. Nothing to share.

The location was absolutely fantastic — probably the best part of the stay. We could walk almost everywhere, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the breakfast was really good, especially considering the price. The hotel is not luxurious, so don’t expect high-end amenities, but everything was comfortable and perfectly fine for our stay. The bathroom was a little unusual because it had a bathtub with a handheld shower, but no regular walk-in/standing shower.

Everything was fine. I stayed alone, and the room was clean and comfortable. Towels, bed, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and breakfast were all good. Nothing to mention.

Ideal location near old town with a good breakfast. The room was pretty cramped and I had to duck my head when going to the toilet due to a old wooden beam, Which as 165cm man is quite something.

Great place with great people. Arrived 75 minutes earlier and they provide room to me straight away without even me asking for it as I was only hoping to drop the bag and get a coffee. Little nice room with great character for one night was great enough for me. Loved it. Had to miss breakfast which were included in price (very good price!) because of early flight so I can’t judge that. Nothing major to dislike.
