The location is perfect, just next to the bridge, also value for the price all staff except the local guy were friendly

O meu quarto ficou para rua principal, como é bem no meio dos pontos turísticos tem bastante barulho. Eu dormi da mesma forma porque isso não me incomoda, mas para quem não gosta vale conferir o quarto antes.

Good location, 20 min walk to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Shared bathroom was also clean and not crammed, shared fridge was also good, they provided stickers so that we can label our food.

The hostel is located right at the end of the Charles Bridge in the heart of Prague, which makes it a great base camp for exploring the city. The kitchen is very modern and well-equipped. The staff was also very friendly and open to chat. Would definitely recommend. There was only one toilet in my wing of the hostel.

Very clean rooms, if a bit simple, and the beds were comfortable (firm mattresses). A fan was provided for keeping cool. The bathrooms were well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the free coffee and tea was a huge bonus. And you simply can't beat the location for sightseeing!

The cleaning ladies would come in at 8am and be shouting across the room from each other when there were people trying to sleep. I get that they have to come in and clean but they were being so loud and definitely weren’t concerned with it at all

The location was perfect! It's literally right at Charles Bridge. There are nice restaurants nearby, a market across the street, and it's near the tram and metro. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was clean and my bed was comfortable. The club below the hostel, in the basement, had music thumping until 3:30 am (weekends). My Uber for the airport was at 4 am; because of the music, I didn't sleep at all.

Excellent location, next to Charles Bridge. Very close to public transportation. The bed wasn't comfortable. The mattress was worn and I could feel the springs while sleeping. Only one toilet in a room of 7 and only one common toilet for 3 rooms were not enough. One of the heaters was on all the time and not possible to turn it off, which made the room feel hot.

Nothing Everything was awful

Perfectly located, amazing staff willing to help beyond you can imagine, friendly, polite and fun. Clean, roomy with everything you need. Food and shopping at the doorstep whilst at the heart of the city. Only 1 toilet and 2 showers for all of us was a bit scarce, to say something.

The location is a big plus right by Charles Bridge, perfect for enjoying it early in the morning before the crowds. We love our room because we can cook inside. The noise from doors closing in other rooms could be heard.

The location is insanely good. Also the free hot chocolate and coffee is so nice. Everyone was really kind and helpful.

The toilet paper was subpar, like grey rough recycled paper. It was too noisy to sleep because there were bars in the area and tourists walking by loudly talking and music from the bars until late at night then loud construction noise very early in the mornings, so you could not get much sleep. Eventually figured out on my last day how to close the ancient tall windows one layer at a time. The fridge was tiny. There were no affordable supermarkets nearby, it was a trek to walk a distance to load up at affordable grocery stores. Did not liked that there was no access to kitchen or free washroom once you checked out. It was difficult to find when I arrived. It sits on top of the tourism office and close front desk at midnight. Sometimes had problems connecting to the wifi. Have to move around to find the spot. Some staff were great, some not so much. The "locker" was a very small table with metals to put a small lock on it.

Staff was very friendly and gave me plenty of information about Prague. Great Location and affordable! Honestly there really wasn't anything really I didn't like.

The apartment has a dishwasher but no powder provided. No soap and shampoo. No shelf in the shower cabin, so shampoo/liquide soap bottles have to put on the floor. It would be great if there are sugar and cooking oil provided in the kitchen. Anyway, I will stay here again if I have a chance to come back.

Location was insane, and loved the workers. Stayed in a private room which was nice. Bathrooms were a little stingey

The location can be be either a blessing or a curse! The hostel is located directly in front of Charles Bridge and there is amazing architecture and plenty of nooks and crannies to explore. However, the street is a main tourist thoroughfare and thus can be VERY busy. I opted to stay in during the day and see the city in the wee morning hours. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful; even though this is a no frills establishment I was offered a hot cup of coffee and an escort to find my bed. Very much appreciated! My stay was in late December when it was very cold outside; the heat in the room did not always function. I had to request maintenance every single day to get the heat working. When there is condensation and frost build up on the inside of the windows, there is a real problem.
