Free access to steam room and sauna. Clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. The adventurous menu of food and drinks at The Monkey Bar (plus live music) The member of staff that we came across was quite surly and unhelpful. It was hard to get any information on how to access and use the steam room and sauna. We were unable to find any bathrobes mentioned in the literature so had to walk through the hotel wrapped in towels. No milk for tea

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also used the gym and had a massage, and I was very satisfied with both experiences. The Monkey Bar is fantastic, with a beautiful garden, a great atmosphere, and delicious food. What I would especially like to highlight is the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was good, the room was nice. Note there was no real shower but a bathtub. The smell of the lobby was really nice. When I book an hotel with parking, I don’t like to hear that the parking at the hotel is not available and that I get redirected to another parking location just a couple of hours before. Just be honest and say there is no parking at the hotel, and this from the beginning of the booking process.
