Very beautiful hotel at a central location in Prague, very close to metro lines (5mins by foot) and even closer to tram lines. I highly recommend the breakfast included option! Overall, i am very very satisfied. I didn’t like the early check out at 11:00 a.m.

Location Everything other than location, it is rather a 3 star hotel with very rude & arrogant staff having no idea what hospitality is, everyone working in this hotel has an attitude, very commercial as well.

The hotel is amazing, very close to the old town, splendid historical places. Easy accessible via metro, tram. Close to the train station as well. N/A

Giant bed that was comfortable and on a high floor. Modern convenience. Nice view. Accommodating staff. Shout out to Slobodan at concierge desk for printing my train tickets. :-) Breakfast wasn’t à la carte so I didn’t get it. Went to a coffee shop instead.

Centrally located, the hotel is ideal for a city break, as well as for longer stays. The room and the bathroom were pristine. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast served at the hotel restaurant offers a wide range of cold and hot meals. The staff is friendly and ready to help. As we were staying with a teen girl for a city break, we had 3 beds in the room which made it a bit squeezed for space but we made it work.
