Everything was PERFECT!!! It was quiet, clean, not far at all from the Old Prague/Center. And the staff was ADMIRABLE!!! I will come again in December, for sure!

Friendly stuff

Due to losing my connection flight I was getting to the property passed the regular check-in time. When I informed the property they were quite understanding and accommodative in making arrangements to provide access to my room. Please note that there's no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. Either bring yours or buy them from the reception. Also Wi-Fi was sometimes slow.Q

Everything was good. The room, bathroom and the breakfast which was delicious and decent. The woman at the reception was also helpful and kind. The location was also good. I truly recommend this hotel and hope to get there once more in the future. Nothing

The property was close to two tram stops where you can go straight to the city centre. Reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. The room was also clean. I had a few problems while I was staying here. First of all there was the hairdryer that was wired in behind the socket in the bathroom. When I turned it on no air came out of it and would overheat; when I looked inside hairdryer from the front I could see that it would glow bright orange before cutting out. This is extremely dangerous and would fail a PAT test as it could potentially explode and injure a guest. Also, as it’s wired inside the socket, you can’t even unplug it. Now this was rectified by reception upon complaint as the woman behind the desk handed me a different hairdryer. The thing that really bugged me, however, was the faulty shower head. An issue that turned into a real saga throughout the stay. On the first night I noticed that the shower head was only trickling when turned on, so it made having a shower into a bit of a nightmare as the shower head had to be angled so that the water would drip downwards. Anyway, I mentioned this to reception the second day in passing and was told that it might need the pressure turning up, which I had already done to no avail. But to be sure I tried it again. I mentioned it a second time when mentioning the hairdryer with no real response about it. It took me complaining to Booking.com customer service for the staff to finally acknowledge and address the issue by changing the shower head which was on the second to last night. This is just not good enough seen as my stay was almost over at that point. The thing that really annoys me is that I had mentioned the issue early on during the stay and they clearly had the replacement shower head in their inventory but still chose not to listen until I escalated my complaint. Also, a shower is a basic facility in a hotel room that is essential, especially during warmer weather. Also, the toilet was in a seperate room to the shower and sink, which I found to be a strange layout.
