Receptionist was nice,other staff in restaurant were drunk or tired... Pictures are different than reality!! Missing lights on hallway and room, dirty carpet, mattress whole room smells of cigarettes! Blood stain in the bathroom, stains on mattress. Balcony door broken, bed was made of some very hard -wood like desk! Good price wise but even cheap sraz i would prefer to know real pictures of rooms, otherwise I would prefer different location!!

The location is a bit far from Prague center but there is tram very close to the hotel which is very good The cleanliness could be better both in the rooms and overall to the hotel.

Nothing. Everything, like the rooms were not clean, carpet was dirty looks like it was not clean from years, toilet was sinking, towels were smelling very very bad and too old, bed were damaged, TV is in room but not operational, we asked for room cleaning but nothing was done just removing the garbage from room. Hair dryer too old, that is also too dirty, curtains were smelling, windows were not operational, bathroom had no soap. Too too bad property.

, next to the river , nice staff. Nice garden . The worst bed I have ever slept on. I was super hard I could barely sleep. It was made of some sort of wood tables. Windows don’t close properly, so it was pretty cold

Terrible Experience- Avoid this Hotel My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff were extremely unfriendly, making the experience unpleasant from the very start. The cleanliness was unacceptable—rooms were dirty, and hygiene standards were very poor. There was no lift in the hotel and room was provided on the 3rd floor. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Definitely not worth the money and will disturb your inner peace! I didn’t like anything about this place
