I expected as the hotel is in a small narrow street, it should be quiet. But I was totally wrong. They gave me the room on the first floor towards the street. In front of my room was a bar and below it was a restaurant. I barely could sleep. So no matter which day of the week, outside was really crowded after midnight! people were drunk and shouting outside. There were no air conditioners too so for hot weather, with the close window, it is not a good option at all. As it was located in old town, so taxis cannot go close to the hotel. If you have a big luggages, it's not a good option.

Location. Breakfast was wonderful although coffee machine did not accommodate amount of guests. Windows opened in the room making it nice. I would like access to coffee r hot water outside breakfast hours.

Very good breakfast, the best location? We had a very disappointing experience with the pre-booked airport transfer. The car was scheduled to pick us up from the hotel at 5:00 a.m., but it never arrived. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially given the early hour and the importance of reaching the airport on time ?

Excellent location. About a 4min walk from the astronomical clock and the main old town square. About a 10min walk to Charles Bridge and about a 25min walk to Mala Strana. Amazing breakfast!!! The only down side was that the windows were thin so when it was noisy outside, it was noisy inside. Wasn't too noisy for too long, though, so not a big deal!

Rooms were cold even in March.

Excellent location! It was nice to spend evenings in the Old Town Square, with a very short walk back to my room. Safe location. There were drunk men singing in the alley; embrace the free show! I wish I could have afforded to stay longer.

The shower was very small - I could barely move and I'm very skinny.

Beautiful place, located very close to the place. It is difficult to arrive if you have baggage. The hotel is located in a street in which cars cannot come in. The staff is rude, not helpful. Just one of the girls at the front desk gave me information.

Walkable to old town square. Very warm and cozy The staff takes breaks and locks the doors so when we arrived in the pouring rain we had to wait for staff to return. Otherwise all was well
