Hotel manager Sultan was great. He arranged an extra fan and provided guidance on local tours as well. Breakfast was great as there were several options for hot breakfast items made to order.

We loved this delightful small hotel in a top-notch position in Prague - in Mala Strana right near the Charles Bridge, surrounded by restaurants and walkable to everywhere, with a Metro and tram hub around the corner. Our room was spotlessly clean and everything was in good shape. The bed was super comfortable, and the aircon a godsend in the recent heatwave, The bathroom was modern but with characterful old beams. Breakfast was truly wonderful with good coffee, a huge range of choices, including 8 different cooked menu options (so we were never bored, even with a 6 night stay) and a bottle of fizz to add to your orange juice. Only one morning was the breakfast room busy (we were there later) plus the hotel offered us a breakfast box for an early check-out. The front desk staff were very friendly and offered a lot of tips, maps and suggestions. The desk is staffed from 7am-7pm with a keycard and overnight help from their sister hotel a few doors down, We didnt find any problematic noise from the wine bar downstairs or from the lively evening scene in the area - but we did ask for a quiet room on the top floor. We thoroughly recommend Hotel Ikona - you could not do better in Prague. It wasnt a problem for us (in fact we asked for a upper floor room) but do note there is no lift (very common in Europe and the hotel description makes it very clear). But the stairs are wide and easy to navigate.

Brilliant location. Very comfortable. New bathrooms. Great wine bar. Felt luxurious for a 3 star. some people may find no lift a challenge with luggage - wasn’t a problem personally

המלון נמצא ממש מתחת לגשר קארל. מיקום מדהים, מוקף במסעדות ומאוד מרכזי. הצוות שירותי ומקסים, חייכנים, מנומסים ועוזרים. החדר היה גדול ומרווח, עם מיטה זוגית גדולה ומיטה נפתחת נוחה לבת שלנו. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה (בוחרים מתוך התפריט ומכינים לך במקום). למטה יש בר יין מצוין. נהננו מאוד. הבעיה היחידה היא שהחדר יצא לכיוון הרחוב והיה רעש נורא בלילות. כדאי לבקש חדר שלא פונה לרחוב המרכזי, כי החלונות לא חוסמים את הרעש ובכל ערב יש הרבה אנשים שמגיעים לבר היין ובכלל...

The location was right next to the Charles Bridge. Had a lovely lively vibe but not too busy. Our room downstairs in the back courtyard was was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Beautiful cooked breakfast and a great selection on offer of continental choices. Nothing.

Lovely room, excellent location and very helpful staff. The late night noise from the wine bar which is part of the hotel organisation. We were not aware of this beforehand. A functional but unsatisfactory shower over a bath.

It was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel in Prague! The location, friendly staff, cleanliness were all exceptional!
