It was really neat and clean and in a prime location. No comfortable chairs and table for reading/working. There was a large armchair but was not fit for purpose for me

The rooms are a bit outdated compared to the pictures however the stay/location was 10/10 staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and as reviews said they did have a welcome gift.

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. At check-in, they provided all the information I needed about my stay. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, with delicious food and great service. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the city center. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel.

No AC. Smelly bathroom without window. The room windows were oriented into a small inner yard so not too much fresh air. Very noisy because of the neighbors. I believe lots of rooms share "view" to the small inner yard and each time anybody speaks something in their room it creates echoes and can be heard in every other room.

The location was perfect. The area was safe, central to cafes, restaurants, pubs and tourist attractions. I loved our stay here!

The main downside was the noise, especially from other guests and the street outside. We also had some issues with the hot water, as the pressure and temperature changed when other rooms were using water. Additionally, there was no TV remote in the room, and despite asking reception twice, we never received one.

Rooms were clean. Loved the little note and small gift from the hotel. A lot of noise on the street below making it a little difficult to sleep. Had to open window for ventilation but couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

Easy check in after midnight. The only complaint was that we were not able to stay longer as you were all booked up. So the kind desk person booked us a Uber to the Antica hotel (but she didnt look At the address We provided so we were dropped off at the wrong location). We would definitely recommend your hotel to others! Thank you

The heating in our room didn’t work, but the reception gave us a heater that we used during our stay in February.

Perfect location for sightseeing. Quiet room, very clean and tidy. Friendly staff, available 24h. Was pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome pack in the room. :)

The hotel locaiton is great. It's close to many tourist attractions within a short walking distance. It's also close to town and a few shopping malls. I didn't book the room with breakfast but getting food from a supermarket nearby is very convenient. Hotel room was spacious, quiet, and clean. They even provided some welcoming gifts like magnet, postcard, snack, and a little well written note. Tea and kettle were provided, but no coffee if that's what you're after. I went to the hotel 2 hours ahead of the check-in time per their policy to deposite my luggage. I asked the Asian looking staff at the reception there if my room will be ready to check-in at 2 PM and she confirmed "Yes, sure!". After I came back to the hotel at 2:15 PM. She told me that they have many guests that day and that my room has not finished with cleaning. She asked me to wait for more than an hour, delaying my check-in time. I had to ask her many time to follow up on this. I felt really disappointed that my booking (I booked the room 3 months in advance) was treated with less favour and unfair. I saw many more guests who came in after me got their all rooms. To the manager of the hotel, if you stated on your policy that the check-in time is from 2 PM, please keep your words. If this issue hadn't happened, my stay in your hotel would have exceeded my expectations!
