The location was very convenient (close to Metro and tourist spots). Staff were very welcoming. The property would benefit from air conditioning - we visited in the peak of a heatwave.

Location is amazing, few minutes from core locations! The rooms looked outdated without AC with a peak temperature of 36 degrees in Prague. The hotel is above club, the noice is constant

Few minutes walk from the Astronomical clock of Prague. 1) The soap dispenser in the shower closet was not functional - we had to purchase our own shampoo and body wash. 2) garbage disposal in the washroom was broken. 3) Impolite behaviour of the staff at the reception during our check-out. Water bottles and some snack items, which were already kept in our rooms before our arrival, were charged additionally at much higher rates than their usual price. I will neither book this hotel again in next visit nor will I recommend this hotel to any of my known people. Terrible experience!

The location is right in the middle of old town. Quiet at night and still accessible to restaurants and cafés. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is safe and clean. There was no airconditioning, which was not disclosed on the app when I booked it. There‘s only a small electric fan. The shower water pressure is weak and slow.

The location was the most outstanding feature of the hotel. It was peaceful and quiet despite being in a central point. The staff were really respectful and kind. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable enough. I had a few chances to join the breakfast; it was moderate; clean environment and enough for a quick breakfast. Thanks for facilitating my trip.
