Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Everything you need is just steps away once you leave the hotel, which made it very convenient for exploring the area on foot. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and suitable for our stay, and the chocolates left in the room were a lovely touch. The reception area was welcoming, and the staff were available 24 hours. There is also an elevator, which is very convenient when travelling with luggage. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, especially if location is a priority. The room and bathroom were a little small. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, the space can feel a bit crowded. :)

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed. The room is so spacious and comfortable. Super clean. The breakfast is phenomenal. The location can’t be more central. We enjoyed it so much and really happy i found finally the best hotel in Prague.

Everything went well and I was picked up at airport by transportation made through hotel. The E-Mails were timely responded to and everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good! The location was very good and I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Prague. I think the beds should have a thick mattress topper for them to be more comfortable. Both elevators need to be working. While there, both were out for a few hours. I have mobility issues so the stairs were a problem for me.

Location. It was nice to have a central place to return to and relax during the day. I was on the front street. It was incredibly noisy early in the morning. Both days I was there I was woken up be extremely loud noises outside my window.
