Lovely staff and good location close to a great restaurant nearby and only 5-10 minutes walk to the tram. The breakfast was pretty good apart from some stale cake. The prices were reasonable as well. No AC so it could get quite hot, but there was a big fan you could turn in the room. The pillow on the bed was extremely big and uncomfortable giving quite the neck pain. The sofa and the carpet felt a bit dirty but maybe that was due to the room having outdated furniture. There was a lack of electrical outlets so you have to plug out lamps etc if you want to charge your phone. It was quite noisy from the room above probably due to the old construction of the building (kids jumping around so you can't be too mad). At the end of the stay the receptionist wanted us to give a 10 star review on booking which is probably why there are so many 10 star reviews. Since the staff is so nice I can see why people want to please them, but you have to be honest as well. After staying some nights in Berlin and then coming here I received quite the schock and downgrade in quality. Still, if you are ok with the above, the hotel is still acceptable in my opinion.

Nice breakfast It was a bit hot in the room, because there is no air conditioning system. But there is a fan, which made our life much easier. Since it’s old building, as far as we have heard from personal, it’s impossible to add air conditioning system, due to restrictions of government (or local municipality)

Nice location. Good pub across the street. The room while small was adequate for my needs. Parking was somewhat of an issue.
