The room was comfortable. There was soap provided in the shower and for washing hands. I was getting plenty of towels. There was room service daily if I wanted it. There was a partial elevator available. The practice was great. There were drinks and food galore. It was close to public transportation. No air conditioning and I was on the fifth heat advisory day. Ethan and the windows open I could not sleep that night due to the heat. You had to work your flight of stairs to get to the elevator, and there was no elevator from the fourth to the fifth floor.

The staff was very helpful. The location is great. The breakfast was perfect. We could use coffee and water all day from the reception. Even they told us you can fill your bottles with water before you go walking around. It was very hot in the room. Actually we caught a heat wave, but last night it was very hard to fall asleep because of the heat. On the last floor AC would be a great investment.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building and has a very central location in Mala Strana. The Charles Bridge and the main square are easily reachable on foot and so is the Prague Castle. There is a tram station just in front of the building and the hotel is extremely well connected to every part of the city. Our room was spacious enough for our short term stay, it was clean, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. As the room was overlooking the street, it was quite noisy, but the soundproofing was decent. We didn’t mind the lack of AC, temperatures were high, but the fan did a good job. The online check-in option is very convenient for later arrivals as the reception closes at 23:00. Breakfast was good, there was a good variety of products and the coffee was good. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if we have a chance. There was nothing we didn’t like - the only thing we feel could be improved is the organization around breakfast. Sometimes food items/utensils/drinks weren’t replenished for a while.

These are minor points. We were there during a heat wave in Prague, and although most of the hotel seemed reasonably cool, our own room got uncomfortably hot. People with mobility issues may have an issue with stairs and shower.

RECEPTION STAFF TOOK CARE OF OUR ARRIVAL AND CHECK OUT VERYPOLITELY WITH Care.ALL STAFFES ARE VERY MUCH LIKEABLE PARTICULARLY ARINA WAS VERY SINCERE TO US.

The location was excellent, right next to a tram stop. The hotel is old but very charming and enjoyable. The breakfast was also very well prepared and delicious.

The location was nice and the charles bridge was in walkable distance. The castle was also not that far.

I have stayed here several times before. I like the location and the staff. The room was warm enough in the cold days. I travel for work, thus I need a desk. However, the room was not suited for work - no desk, no enough place to put your things on. The shower space was inconveniently narrow, and without the expected facilities.

They did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste, even though they mwntioned toiletries in the description.

It’s not too convenient. The rooms are very small. You can barely walk if you have luggage are very noisy. Whenever you step you can hear your step even from their rooms beside you.

Staff is very kind, helpful to sort out problems, ,and friendly. First night I didn't like the room I have been put in , because was front of the main street, so much noise through the night. But thanks the staff I was moving to another room available.
