Generally a comfortable room and kept clean. Also had filtered Icy Water in front of the elevator which was easy to fill jugs with. Space is a little narrow if you have big luggage with you. The bathroom also doesn’t have too much space, so if you want to change inside or keep pouches around, there is very little space around the sink. There is also a bit of a leaking problem with the shower.

The location was good and the rooms were clean. They allowed us to put our belongings in luggage storage. I was expecting slippers.

Very comfortable and private rooms, nice location everything is good

Property was close by to the central area, bus, tram and metro friendly. For an old city, this place brings new life to the area for the price. The bed was comfortable, extra pillows granted upon request, and toilet was always cleaned daily and bed sheets changed, even when asked it wasn’t needed. Extra floor towel and body towel also were handed upon the stay. Staff at reception (Gabriella) gave great recommendation upon checking in, map of the city, where to get transport ticket for the metro tram and bus services. The City was great due to having a great place at start helping where to go and what to avoid. The ironing room was tiny, felt like a shining movie moment with the hallway looking down, and “here’s Johnny” busting the ironing room door. Bit claustrophobic for the size of the room. And it was one ironing room for all hotel guests. Unsure if they provide iron and board, as upon asking they pointed to the room was the only solution.

The staff was welcoming and quick to check me in. The facility was clean, tidy and quiet. There was little in the way of storage space and hangers for clothes, shoes and shelves to put my personal items in.

Great boutique 2 bed apartment close to Wenceslas square. Very modern and comfortable All good
-
Just one minor inconvenience: No fridge in the room.
-
Size of the three person room—too small for three adults.

Amazing, cozy apartments in heart of Prague. Room very small.

The staff has my admiration. They were nice, helpful and good English speakers. Also our family loved the design of the rooms - the attention to detail was cute- the carpet has the same pattern as the ceiling. The rooms were fitting not too small not too big. It was warm and pleasant ( especially since outside there were - 8 degrees and windy). The water was hot and the shower was spacious ( my husband ha almost 2m and 114 kg and he had space). And clean, very clean everywhere. The breakfast was enough even for the pickiest person( sweet and salty). We liked the card system for the elevators. It gave us a feeling of security. We liked the mini market with self service from the ground floor so if you need something fast to buy from there.

The hotel staff was terrific. Every question was answered politely. Use of the pool required a small fee, but that was well worth the price. The breakfast was amazing! Each room contained a picture to fill with purified water located in the hallway. That was very convenient. The hotel is located a short walk to public transit and near the main railway station. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others. The only shortcoming was the bathroom sink was rather small so there was not sufficient room to place basic toiletries on the sink.

Good location near the main museum and between most metro stops. Decent sized breakfast buffet. Very much into sustainability, so it was nice to have filtered water stations and a convenient carafe in the room to use. Kind of weird shower stall. Couldn't figure out how to cast from personal device to tv. No in-room safe or mini fridge.

Breakfast was tasty and affordable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job whenever we needed something. Beds were pretty hard. And the room didn't have anywhere for suitcases or clothes, so the space was very tight.
