Amazingly located just a few minutes walk to the main interests but in a quieter street Helpful staff and lovely room, not super fancy but nice. Loved having the bath robes and slippers provided. We didn’t eat at the hotel but breakfast smelt delicious, we just always opt to eat out and try other local places Some banging doors but I guess that’s to be expected in any hotel

There is the most gorgeous lift to take you to your room. It looks very antiquated, but inside it is very modern and so beautiful outside. The room was really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent with everything you could wish for. Excellent location for visiting the beautiful city of Prague. Tourist buses are close by and many many beautiful sites are within walking distance. My only caveat would be the warmness of the staff. This includes the people at reception, housekeeping, the people at the breakfast buffet. They did not appear to enjoy their jobs and I could not get the lady who checked me in to break a smile!

Location was so so good. We could get to almost all the places we wanna see with just one tram ride. The room was generally kept clean and well. The bed was also quite comfy. Pillows were too dense and high...

Central Hotel is a charming property with absolute cleanliness and caring staff. The breakfast is fantastic and the overall vibe is welcoming.

Location The room was very basic with tiny bathroom with awkward angles. Was expecting something better given the nice foyer and reviews. Bed was way too soft, zero support for the back. When I message the property to change the room they never responded back. It's been over 4 days .

Good sized room Comfy beds Tea/coffee/kettle/minifridge in the room Toiletries provided Helpful staff - allowed us to check in early since our room was ready, and leave our luggage for storage for free after check out Great location - very close to old town and train station Beautiful decor throughout Filtered water provided on each floor Gym exists, but it's nowhere near the standard for a 4 star hotel - 2 cardio machines, a couple of light kettlebells, 1 multifunction weight machine. No free weights, no bench, no barbell etc. Very small space for it as well.

It’s a central Prague hotel with some lovely art nouveau features. For the price, the room was disappointingly small and so was the bathroom.

This is a lovely, comfortable, character-full hotel near both the main station and the city centre. We particularly appreciated the way in which the beautiful features of the old building - such as its elevators/lifts - had been retained during its modernisation.
