Lovely courtyard great location Uncomfortable squeaky bed

"Very historic buildling" is a plus and a minus. Room and bathroom was a bit tight but sufficient. Slightly disappointed to find out the Gramaphone record player was only for decoration and did not actually work, in spite of the fact that there were records stored by it.

No coffee pot. Need a key to get from courtyard to reception. Could have used 2 keys for two guests

The breakfast was filling and had variety. The hotel is close to the castle and tram lines. The room was appointed with wall paper that made it seem quite old and historic.

It was a lovely place to stay in a perfect location. The room was charming and the courtyard was very nice. Staff was so warm and friendly and breakfast was very very good. A terrific hotel for a reasonable price. The WiFi was very spotty. That's my only criticism. And now you are making me type more just to get to the next stage. Not a great system. Sometimes you just have a short observation. Ok? Are we done?

I like all nothing to complain - we have great experience! What can be done more for comfortable stay - to have slippers. Not always you have it during travel - so to have it on room will be great adds on.

It was a beautiful property in a prime location. Walkable to everything we wanted to see.

The location is absolutely amazing! Also yhe breakfast is very tasty and with lots of options. The room was clean, bedding was crisp, it was all great!

Signage could be improved. We asked directions after getting off the tram, but some shopkeepers could not help.

Truly a gem of a hotel. I chose it because of the beautiful ceilings in our room and it did not disappoint! Great location. Right by the castle and monastery as well as public transportation. Breakfast was lovely and staff was amazing. Room was a bit cramped with all the furniture, but, I don't know what I would have removed to make it a little less crowded as it was all needed.
