Very modern and clean and great location Room never seemed to be cleaned while we stayed. Only interaction was being woken up early one morning asking if we want additional towels. Would’ve expected towels to be changed if on floor (as instructed to do) and bed to be made

If anyone reading this review is even slightly unsure whether they should stay at this hotel — yes, absolutely, you should!!! You won’t simply get a wonderful hotel right in the heart of Prague, within walking distance of all the historic sights, lovely little restaurants and shops. You’ll find a place where you are welcomed and treated as though you are the most treasured guest. I travel a lot and have stayed in many different hotels, but this place completely stole my heart. I genuinely felt at home here. I was also surrounded by perhaps the friendliest and most caring staff I have ever met. And I especially want to mention Martin at reception. Martin is one of those people who knows how to help, how to listen, how to find a solution — and how to make a truly delicious cup of coffee while you’re waiting to check in or… simply can’t sleep in the middle of the night. Martin, you’re not just a true professional — you’re a person with a genuinely big heart. Thank you! I will definitely come back to this hotel. And that says a lot coming from me, because I almost never return to the same place — I’m always looking for new experiences, new hotels and new stories. But this hotel is different. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday, for all the warmth and kindness, and for the beautiful memories of Prague that will stay with me forever. Haven't seen any
