Super friendly host, very near and accessible to the city centre and even had a closed off parking space for my motorcycle.

Fantastic stay! Spotless rooms, attentive staff, and an ideal location just steps from the tram station.

The room was very clean, the host very friendly and responsive. The internet connection is very strong. Nothing to add

Nice little room with fridge. Owner/manager let me drop off my suitcase for a few hours before check-in. It's just a room. No reception area, no public space no dining area. No vibe at all.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The beds were excellent, with perfect mattresses and pillows. David is a very kind and welcoming host The location is convenient for public transport, with a tram stop nearby. However, the uphill walk back after a long day is very hard and can be exhausting.

A very comfortable room in a peaceful Prague district A villa where upper floor was converted to fully furnished rental room, a small patio behind can be used by guests in the room you will find a small fridge, a kettle, cups, cuttlery, cutting board We got the one with bathroom inside, there is also one with bathroom outside when guest get own keys Very good value for money OK it is 3 tram stops outside main points, but only 3 stops There are no shops or coffee bars close by, so do your shopping in advance

Toiletries were not upto the mark in the bathroom. Even small size napkins were kept in the room and there were no proper towels. The room was on 2nd floor with no elevator. Although near to the tram station, the location is on a cliff so if you have luggage with you the hotel is a no go place because it becomes very tiring to take the luggage up to the hotel and then to the room.

We came to visit Praque for a quick, weekend city break with friends in November and had a wonderful stay in a room with triple single beds. Very friendly owner who gave us few recommendations with places to eat and public transportation direction. Very clean room, comfortable beds, good local restaurant nearby and very easy way to take a train to the Centre and Old Town. I really enhance to visit this place for a short stay.

Easy connection either the city centre. Also close to a good restaurant. Toalete based outside of the apartment. Small towels only

Exceptional

Up to date unit that could be considered close to the "center" of Prague - about 15-20 mins away by tram. What could be better: Sound proofing - the walls are not soundproof and you can hear convos, toilet flushing, and even the people next/above you snoring - so the units could use some sound proofing. Also - the mattresses are too worn out and extremely soft , they definitely need to be replaced as comfy sleep is the most important part when traveling.
