The neighbourhood was quiet, staff were friendly & helpful, room met our expectations. My partner was in the shower and the electricity for the whole room cut off midway. We were told there had been an issue and they were fixing it. We were leaving to sight see either way but the issue was resolved by the time we were back in the evening.

I loved this hotel! It's one of the best I have stayed at. The staff were super nice throughout my stay. The room definitely exceeded my expectations, real luxury. This was my first time in Prague and this hotel is a perfect location. I will come back to Prague and I will only stay here. Nothing- everything was fantastic
