Small but comfortable rooms. Good AC and WiFi. Breakfast very good. Helpful staff. No fridge in the room. Shower a little weak.

The location was great and the staff was super helpful and kind. They accepted the luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out which was a huge plus for us. The bar was also great. There weren't any slippers or mini-fridge in the room. Also, tulle curtain would be nice since the room was across a building and when the curtains were closed, the room was dark.

The front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival and helpful with dining suggestions as well as directions throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were plentiful.

Close to everything The staff was rude in their attitude We have a late checkout because of medical reasons and they wanted to charge us And also the employee told me she don’t like me as a customer so I asked to speak with the manager and she told me they gonna block me at booking Very great customer service. ?

The Hotel location was well within walking distance to all of the old town area that I was very interested in seeing! The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. I chose the basic room, which was small but PERFECT for a solo traveler. In my opinion, this Hotel was exceptional! The staff was friendly and attentive, so I have no "negatives" for this hotel! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Prague! :)
