Opera Hotel

The Hotel Opera is a classic European hotel that has been very well maintained and updated. We liked the location that was close to the train station and old town center without being too much in the tourist overrun area. Also, the breakfast was incredible. Very clean rooms and accommodating us with an early check in are evidence of their great attention to customers. This is the hotel experience we look for. We had no complaints about the hotel.

The front staff was not friendly and the behavior was not so good

Great location because you have trams , busses and the metro walking distance. You can also walk to the bridge and clock , its an enjoyable walk. Very clean hotel, great room, comfortable beds and good water pressure. Staff is very helpful with any questions and requests. The shower head placement was in an awkward spot, so you must always hold it, not a big deal though. Just to inform , City tax is 50 czech koruna per night.

Location was great, hotel was clean. Breakfast was not that good...not a lot of options but it was ok.

breakfast were pretty good. location is good, and parking next to hotel is cheap. I placed tag on door to do not disturb and not attend my room, but staff ignored it, and went to my room, and reorganized it. huge red flag and for this reason I will never come back, despite otherwise liking the property

Breakfast was abundant and tasty, the hotel managed to accomodate our request for a balcony. Everyone was super nice and kind. The location was excellent, walking distance to most touristic spots. I can only recommend it to everyone. No such thing.

Good breakfast and good location for trams and metro. Great value. I appreciated the laundry service. The young man who helped me at the front desk was super nice. Wifi in the rooms would be good. And a few more electrical outlets would be good too.

The location is fantastic, right near the C line of the metro. The rooms where comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Well worth the, very reasonable, price. I will absolutely stay here on future visits to Prague. Nothing comes to mind. Everything met or surpassed my expectations.

Good price. Breakfast included. Beautiful building. Comfortable bed. I wish that the cleaning could have been done more meticulously. Our bathroom had silverfishes. There were also some ledges that were dusty and had strands of hair.

Nice room, clean and comfy, had everything I needed. Breakfast was good and staff very nice and accommodating.

Extremely friendly & helpful staff, great conditions and close to city center

Despite the good aspects, hotel has extremely bad and rude receptionists, especially women. Two women who rudely behaved to us. It will be better if the manager have more qualified staff here.
