Věry polité, professional And helpful yang man ( sorry, don't now his name) Hi always doing his best ! Bad breakfast, bad bathroom, bad wifi Price 2 times more than have to be. The breakfast is worse than in all other Prague hotels. Not a single hot dish. The bathtub, with a piece of glass door sticking out of the middle and a screw, is dangerous to use. Only a circus gymnast could use it without risking a fall.

Room was nicely heated , breakfast was nice , location was excellent if you want a nostalgic Prague place to stay this pension is a good choice Beds were little hard but some people like that
-
The room was extremely small, low ceiling, Wifi was horrible, on and off constantly, TV was not a smart TV and there were no English channels, the shower drsin eas backed up and the water filled up in shower basin, bathroom smelled like sewer and last but not least the staircase to the room was very steep snd very unstable and it was almost impossible to carry suitcase up and down.

It was in a great location, very central. It was only about a 3 to 5-minute walk to the Charles Bridge and the Astronomical Clock. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was quite sufficient, and the rooms were spacious. We were three people, and we stayed very comfortably for three nights. As I said, the location is 10 out of 10. We loved everything about it. It’s definitely a place we would choose again when we come back. I highly recommend it. Because of the location, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings — mainly due to the nearby bars and restaurants. If noise isn’t a problem for you, you can definitely choose it. But if your room faces the street, the noise can be quite noticeable. We experienced a lot of noise in our room — that was the only downside. However, it wasn’t loud every night, so it’s something to keep in mind.

The location was wonderful and staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Location is great, staff is friendly, atmosphere is pleasant. I got an economy single room ( although I bookeg Single Room), which just provides you shelter for a night. Bump your head to beveled roof, minimum comfort to spend a night in a uncomfortable bed. No A/C, a noisy fan provided to survive summer night. You got what you pay for, but EUR 80 for such room is not justified.

Hard working Emma. Charming place. Reasonable rates. Great location. The only tough thing was very warm room - thank you for the fan, it helped a lot. And significant noise in the neighborhood by dumb Spanish guys. (Or were they Irish, or were they Dutch)

Superb

Central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Quiet area, had no issues with any noise from outside at any time. Room was in attic so cannot really comment on the size of the room.

The location was outstanding! The facilities are older and worn, but clean. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great!
