Absolutely everything from the front desk staff to the shower heads. The apartments were beautifully decorated, very clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff were so kind and attentive. AND the location was great. Would absolutely stay again!

Dirty rooms !!!!the bed sheets were not changed!! Worse is the staff reaction: "oh it must be the cleaning lady". No manager on site. Clean the room

Beautiful historical building with modern amenities. Very convenient location, near a shopping mall, tram, concert hall and restaurants. We have a very lovely time in Prague!

Impeccably clean and exceptionally well-maintained, with outstanding service and a remarkably courteous and professional staff.

This was honestly an amazing apartment. Multiple comfy king-sized beds, high quality finishes, 24/7 super friendly staff, easy walk to the Old Town, very effective air conditioning, kitchen, washing machine, etc. We were in Prague during a heat wave and taking an afternoon break here plus having a guaranteed good sleep every night was huge. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Prague. Nothing

Very clean nice cozy apartment, very kind and helpful stuff , location is excellent ?? The only thing is that the bedroom is tooo tiny , no enough space

Very clean and comfortable. Each of the front desk staff was amazing and friendly and Add was very helpful with helping us a 30 minute late checkout. The location was very close to a tram station and close to many of the sights. - for light sleepers, you can hear the mild vibrations of the train. We were on the 1st floor - the living room electricity near the head board turned off when we tuned the light switch

The property exceeded our expectations in every way. It is very rare to find an apartment in Prague that offers this level of quality, comfort, and service. The apartment was spacious, modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful, and the housekeeping service maintained the apartment to a very high standard throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The location is outstanding—safe, convenient, and within easy reach of Prague’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Everything was well maintained, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was outstanding. If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Franco and Add were especially helpful by providing suggestions for restaurants, sights and other cultural activities. They always offered friendly greetings at the concierge desk and very responsive to our requests for help via WhatsApp (booking restaurants, etc).

Franco was the best person in fronts. It’s location was great and I would recommend this even for just the location. The bed was too high and the pillows need improving.

Rooms and very small, no bath counterspace for two people. Liv rm Tv was on a side wall so you really can't watch it since the sofa faces another direction (bad design not sure why they don't correct it). No views out the window. Centrally located and beautifully appointed the staff here were more than friendly Adnan the evening staff person was so very very helpful during our entire stay. We will be returning next month and stay at R 16.

The property was really the right choice for me. The environment and the cleanliness was top-notch. Adnan, the receiptionist, ensured al my needs were taken care of. Making it a very comfortable and memorable experience. I'll visit again soon! :)

The location is very good, everything is walking distance. The reception also very helpful and everyone was replying on WhatsApp very quickly!! Really you've make our trip to Prague a very special experience! Thank you so much There is nothing I didn't like. The only thing I would suggest is to put an extra mirror outside the bathroom. Because for example, we where 5 women and when we wanted to get ready and someone was in the bathroom, we needed somewhere to do our makeup! ?
