Recepce je pouze do 20h, objednavali jsme hodně na rychlo hodinu před ubytováním. Checkin byl v 23h. Paní na recepci blízkého hotelu Sax nám zajistila klíče od pokoje. Byla velmi milá a ochotná.

I loved room, it was so spacious. The hotel building is antique, very pleasant. The staff was very very helpful - Natalia, Violetta. I have enjoyed my stay there. -

There are stairs inside if you have luggages or stroller it is challenging, but manageable. There are lifts inside, but not barrier-free (well as one would guess in the Prague's old town)

The shower was broke despite asking everyday for it to be fixed and the room was cold with no AC

Our room was very large and comfortable, with a great shower, good water pressure and space in the bathroom also. The breakfast had good choice. Was a little expensive - but Prague generally us for hotels.

Great Location Everything was very good. The only complaint I have is that the noise did travel between rooms in the hotel.

Excellent location and great staff. Especially Mrs Libuše was really kind and caring. Also the hotel itself is really charming.

From the staff letting us in after check-in times to staff helping us with the luggage on check-out everything was excellent. Short walking distance to Charles Bridge and all the other amenities. Would highly recommend. :)

Beautiful historic property on Nerudova Street in Mala Strana. Clean, comfortable room that I booked on short notice. Was pleasantly surprised by the facilities - this was an excellent value for the money. We missed breakfast due to an early departure so I can't comment on that, but I would stay here again. This room was air conditioned - huge plus this summer - but the unit really could not deliver. I wish I had opened the windows earlier - only did so upon waking up because I thought it would be unnecessary with the air conditioning. Sadly, woke up sweating even without using the top sheet. I think with the windows open the room would have been cooler - I was just really looking forward to the air conditioned room being cool for sleeping.

Location was perfect not far from Prague Castle, Breakfast is good and they provide us with extra things when asked What could be improved is maybe the roof of the room at the highest level 5th was a bit short and someone could easily hit his head while moving around the room

Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and cosy and the hotel is conveniently located near to the castle and Charles Bridge, perfect for sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent too and the staff very helpful.
