Adeba Plus

I have stayed in the Adeba Hotel on every visit to Prague (4). The location is convenient to transportation, quiet, safe and a nice area to explore. There are many places to run nearby, up the hill through the tunnel or by the river only a few minutes away. The pillows were too large but the staff immediately replaced them when asked.

In breakfast after time ended, staff was really pushy to force everyone out. I understand if you stop giving out food but let us eat in peace what we have on our plates. walkway to Plus section was bit confusing for first attempts. Consider opening wall form reception to plus section elevator.

I didn't like everything. The wi fi was awfully bad. In the room was not a toothbrush. It was very uncomfortable everything.

The place is like a labyrinth

There were a lot of flys in the room. The air conditioning was leaking.

10 minutes away from central bus station 4 minutes walk from metro station Staff is amazingly kind There’s pizza to purchase in the lobby Rooms are very clean and everything there is new There’s a spa and jacuzzi (for a price)

Great Breakfast. Great bed. Good shower; Wifi does not exist if you are in adeba plus, only regular adeba; The room has no heat of any kind. After 2 days complaining, they gave me a huge heater (for me to cary myself) to my room and make myself comfortable (note it was 4 degrees celcius); It took them 8 days to have an iron to give me - it was broken; When ordering food from outside (they have breakfast only, no other services), they refused to provide forks and knifes; The rooms in regular adeba (not adeba plus) are better, have heat and have a great workspace with a huge table (where wifi works) ; The room was poorly cleaned. On the first day, after having several problems and asking yo switch rooms to the regular adeba hotel (cause I was cold and it wouldnt get better and there was no wifi [I had to work])) I was informed by the front desk that the people that work there were already asking her when I was going to leave - A class act!! I was working in a huge conference that literally booked the entire city and all of the hotels and hostels and I was pretty close to the venue I worked, so I had to stay. I had another 5 friends with me, of different places - we all experienced the same (note that the regular adeba hotel was quite better, cheapper and with wifi). I have no idea how this places manages to have such high notes. It seems that It used to be awesome and now on last months it declined a lot.

The location of the hotel is good. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The wifi coverage was terrible. I contacted the staff several times, but the situation did not change.

Everything is good, except WiFi connection is poor, I can’t find WiFi in my room

Beautiful room, everything was nice and clean including the jacuzzi and sauna. A bit pricey but definitely worth trying once in life.

Breakfast was ok but had better choices elsewhere. Location was ok, just a little small. Couldn't find where to get a glass of water, layout of where to find things were little confusing.

The noise. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you and the doors closing and opening were so loud. The walls made from paper.

Room was equipped as was advertized and shown on pictures. It had a comfortable bed and quality beddings. Room was spacious and easy to stay in - no squzee in bathroom or so. Only the road in front of the windows has traffic till late night. Staff at the breafast has no distiqushing signs from the other guests. Thus making it difficult for any enquiry - we need to ask for some tea mugs instead small coffe cups.
