We received a message in the morning of our stay saying that we were moved to another hotel due to some technical issues. The other hotel was in the heart of the city, Hotel Betlen Club. We had no issues with the check-in and also received free parking. We booked two rooms (4+2), but we got 3+3 in the new place.

The room was very large. Very good breakfast. Good coffee. It was quiet and safe. The pool was free of charge and open 24 h. Nice staff. Free parking. Clean bathrooms. It is an older hotel, with old fashioned furniture and carpets.

Cleanness, air-conditioning, and the size of room All the facilities were old, there exist toys for children but they were dirty and broken...

It was a really bad hotel. No staff support, bed was sunken, no handwash in toilet and bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast was requested while booking and was confirmed as well that it will be provided but it came out all lie. Fridge was not working and electric kettle was so dirty that nobody will use it. Bed was so bad that i sunk inside it and got back pain while next day. Location is the worse thing for this hotel- it's public transport connection is pathetic. One connection is on the uphill for which one has to climb more than 5 00 stairs which is disaster. Another connection is suppose to be at 500m away but that connection is closed and no more working. Note- Nobody answer the call of you call the number given to contact which is a real shame.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is close to bus and tram stops that run to the old town, even at night. The breakfast was simple, but complete. When we ran into the receptionist at the bus stop, she tagged along with us briefly and gave us instructions to get tickets for public transport and moving around town. The automated check-in machine at the reception was problematic, even for the staff. The staff struggled a bit with English, but they were very helpful, and corrected a mistake in that system, to give us the room that was reserved. We didn't have sufficient blanket and pillow covers but we took some from a common wardrobe and the staff was ok once we explained. It seems like the room was only cleaned upon request by placing the little card held out the door, which we found out a bit late.

it was good time at all, just little bit expensive, and breakfast should be more qualllty

The hotel itself was really nice. Self check in was a bit confusing, but luckily one of the staff members helped us out. Rooms are spacious & clean, and have all the facilities you need. A little way out of the city, but once you get used to public transport, it's not an issue.
