Location, room size Value vs comfort. First day was a bit noisy

Room neatness and staff and locality

Room was big and colorful. Breakfast was nice The first room we got, the bed was uncomfortable and the mattress was too old.
-
Good but simple hotel

They advertised super fast internet unfortunately this was only the first day of our stay. The other days I had to use mobile data and they just told that the internet was working.

Location is good. Great connection to most prominent sites. Rooms clean and comfy. Breakfast can be better in terms of variety. Room is missing bed table.

The toillet wc was a bit small, not enough space.

The people in the reception were very friendly. They helped us with everything. The breakfast was amazing, loads of options to choose from in the open buffet. The corridors always smelled good. Approximately 15mins walk to Prague 1. Supermarket, pharmacy, exchange office, and great cafes/bakeries just around the corner.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent. Everything you need is close and convenient. This is a comfortable hotel. Nothing. All was good.

The room was small but comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The fact that it only does bed and breakfast made the morning much less pressured - nobody asking for your room number. The fact that reception closes at 8pm. I don't know what I would have done if my colleague hadn't been arriving before me. There really was nobody on the desk in the later evening or night-time.

Thanks for all

Tv didn’t work, dated hotel, thin walls…we were woken up by the people talking next to our room

It was very clean, the breakfast was super good, the staff was very attentive Some pillows were a bit uncomfortable

Michelle at the reception was amazing, because of our flight we had to leave at 3am so we were going to miss the amazing breakfast they have, so she offered to prepare a breakfast to go the night before. Never in my life we had this offered, and it was AMAZING! they went the extra step, will definitely come back next time in Prague. Blessings to Michelle and the best for her future nothing really, all was perfect

The restaurant was not worth going to for dinner but the free breakfast was quite good.
