The complimentary drinks at reception were a lovely touch. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They guided us on how to get to the main attractions in the city and kindly showed us around the room. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Breakfast was not included with our room, which was a little disappointing. We also had some difficulty finding the hotel as we arrived after midnight. Although the hotel is located on the main road, Google Maps did not provide us with the most appropriate route to reach the property. We also had to pay an additional fee for parking. The underground parking was a bit congested, although it was manageable. One area that could be improved is the availability of a prayer space. We found it challenging to pray as there was no suitable space available in the room or elsewhere in the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their assistance during our stay. While there were a few areas that could be improved, such as parking, directions to the hotel, and the availability of a prayer space, we were generally satisfied with our stay.

great breakfast, great location - ca. a 5-minutes walk from Andel (core public transport hub from where you can reach basically all Prague within short time), good bar at the reception, good gym & sauna, pretty the internet in the sauna barely worked, but except of that all was at high quality

Friendly staff, private parking (not free), and a really great, abundant breakfast. The subway stations are really close to the hotel, so it was really easy to travel to the city center and back. The AC in the breakfast place was a bit too cold, especially since the maximum outside temperature for a couple of days was 20 C.
