Very well located. Easily able to walk to the centre of the city. Tram stops located within 100m. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and hotel in general spotlessly clean. Breakfast has to be experienced as it is so varied and all delicious. No kettle or teabags in the room , only a coffee machine.

The team working here is awesome—really attentive and made the whole experience pleasant. The location makes getting around very easy, on-site parking was hassle-free, and the morning breakfast was fresh and tasty. The building and rooms are pretty tired and need an update, plus we had an annoying issue where the door lock kept acting up with the key card. If you don't mind the dated look, it's definitely a solid, budget-friendly spot.

The stuff was polite, I had 1h of free spa access, Check In Pass and a welcome drink. The room was big and had a nice view. After check out even got a 20e discount gift card for the next stay. It was definitely good value for the money and would come back here. :)

Exceptional hotel with welcoming staff and professional services. Rooms are good size, clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast is diverse and plentyful. The location, though not central, is also very good close to tram stop from where you can reach the old town in 15 mins. Overall a very pleasant experience.
