Everything including the EXCEPTIONAL staff! If you could have a greater ability to darken the rooms. I just had a difficult time sleeping, despite the bed being comfortable.

The breakfast selection was good and there was some variety between days which was appreciated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, all our questions and asks for assistance were quickly answered. The shower ran hot - cold, alternating…there was no normal blending of the water streams to give you a nice warm shower. The fixtures for both the shower and the kitchenette sink were loose and wobbly. Some heavier (more coverage) black-out curtains would have been nice to keep the room darker a little later than 0530 (sunrise).

It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood far from central Prague, but public transport is so good that the location turned out to be perfect. The room was luxurious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and staff were very helpful. The salt cave was very relaxing!

That when we came like after 11pm the area was lights off and can't find the key. No lift on the side of our room

Fridge requested in room; it was broken, so had to use main kitchen, which was a compromise.

Good scrumptious breakfast spread and good service. Helpful and friendly front desk staff with good recommendation to take the public transport for convenient and super location on a hilltop and good view. Easy safe parking right in front of hotel. A swimming pool or jacuzzi to relax in after a long day out, sad to see an empty pool there.

I like the decoration of the room, the stuff was very friendly and helped us to book for a massage, the The masseuse was sensational, I would go back just for her and the amazing face massage! We tried all the services, cleopatra bath was delicious! I want to stay there again ?thanks a lot The Thai masseuse was a bit rude I don’t recommend her for booking but perhaps was just bad day for her.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean. There were no slippers and the channels on the TV were all in German.

Beautiful rooms and nice personell it was clean and hygienic I didn't read the small print I was quite surprised the Spa wasn't included. But that's on me. They do offer some services for free but the Sauna for example costs extra

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, things seemed pretty good. There was a beetle in the first room, and after we put the little guy outside, we realised that there were easily 20 more hanging in the curtains. They came in from the outside via the window. The reception gave us a different room. Room number 2 looked pretty good at first. After a little while, we noticed that there were no doorknobs on the closet, the bed creaked enormously, there was an electrical cabinet that hung against the wall with pure hopes and dreams and there was a double-layered carpet which set both my and my partners allergies off so badly, which hadn't happened in years. The next day we asked for a room without carpet and again, staff was very helpful and gave us a different room. Again, the room looked decent at first. Maybe a few stains here and there. After returning to the hotel from visiting the city, I went to the bathroom and noticed a mouldy smell. One quick look revealed that the bathroom was full of black mould around the shower. At this point, we left the hotel and found a different one. I was very sad, because the hotel looked very nice at first.
