It's a nice and convenient hotel, especially you want to visit Florence without the hustle of the city. Ten minutes walking distance to the train station, helpful and nice staff. The cleanliness of the bedsheets was a little questionable.

We had a breakfast with extra pay, and it was a great choice. The breakfast was with a good deal of variety and thoughtful preparation. All staff were kind and nice. My wife loves the hotel room. Information about parking should be with more details. We were informed parking inside is extra pay. The hotel concierge informed us that an overnight street parking by the hotel was free until 8 am. We were lucky to find a spot. With the limited spaces in the outside hotel parking, the hotel may need to note people of parking situation. I see the outside hotel parking perhaps holds barely over 10 or so.

good overall hotel , we always stay here when in Prato , but this time the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

They served an excellent breakfast in the staff was kind and attentive.

Comfortable and big bed. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, no working air condition. Staff was friendly but we had problem with communication in English.

Very clean and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Although the room was a twin bed, other options were available, it was still very comfortable. Sometimes the twin bed mattresses can be very thin like for a child, but this was not.

Amazing breakfast!! I ve stayed before at this hotel ans the breakfast was good but now they ve upgraded it!! Excellent quality of ingredients, fresh fruit, fresh juice u can make urseld with different nice fruit, fabulous warm croissants (oh my god I couldn't have enough of those bad boys!!) Fresh honey, marmalades, different kinds of cheese and hams, omelets, pasties, u name it!! Room was warm and comfortable and staff great and helpful! Well done hotel president! All was great
