From the very first moment, I felt like I was reuniting with a childhood friend – Alex welcomed me with such warmth, kindness, and genuine interest that I immediately felt at home. The entire place was absolutely spotless – every corner was perfectly clean and well-kept. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, ideal for relaxation. There’s a truly homely, family-like vibe here that made my stay incredibly pleasant. This is not just a high-quality accommodation – it’s a full experience where service is paired with real human connection and care. Beautiful B&B in Prato city centre. Very comfortable stay, everything was great, clean, very friendly staff. We will come again.

Great stay in the center of Prato. The room is very big with a balcony, with room for clothes and luggage. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom clean and with everything needed. Communication and check-in uncomplicated with the staff. Highly recommend! Nothing.

Communication prior to travel was good. Upon arrival, we were greeted promptly by Alex, who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was central. Close by to local restaurants and shops, and the train station a 13min walk, perfect for getting to Florence without the car. Parking was priced reasonably, but if you have a car bigger than a Honda H-RV, you may struggle to access it. The gateway is quite narrow. We had a lovely stay. The stairs! If you have any mobility issues, it could be a problem. Check before you book.

Very clean room in an attractive block (palazzo) with all the required mod cons, including an en suite bathroom with an excellent shower, fridge, extra pillows, etc. Alessio was very helpful in both the check-in, supplying information for local food and visits and also for some extra information at the end. Of course there's little you can do about it, but one or more rooms give on to the street and the street can be a bit noisy. On the night I stayed, the restaurant below (unrelated I believe to the host), had music going on until 11.30pm or even later. However, this is fairly typical of the town centre area, where music and dining can carry on well in to the night. The room had a few minor faults like some plastering that hadn't been retouched and a lack of curtains. However, the room in general was pleasant with a spotless and modern bathroom.

Very friendly owner. Good location and close to old town and train Station. Can recommend to stay here. Can be a bit loud on the weekend. But hey, thats Italy...

Very friendly staff, some mis-understanding happened about the pre-set breakfast whether included in the room fee & have been removed kindly by the owner. In the heart of Prato & close to train station. No stairs but the owner helped carrying the luggages for me. No soundproof whatsoever for this single room so whatever happens in the main street, it gets echoed in the room which is ironic as Prato at night is very quite town but bad luck that the restaurant downstairs were very noisy during my stay till late hours on Thursday night!?! Couldn’t sleep till 1:30 am while I was dying for a good night rest because people literally talking underneath the window of my room. Single bed room not as pretty decorated as the rest of apartments in this hotel. It’s very basic room with old furniture & only good for one-night stay.

The accomodation is very nice concerning all elements. First, it is very clean, neat and things in the room aperan realtively new. Some details even bring a sentiment of luxury which we've found very nice and elevated the whole experience. Beds were also very comfortable. The food for breakfast was good, and the fact that it came in with the price gave a little positive note psychologicaly. You pay it within the price of stay, I know, but it feels good that you do not have to pay everything on top of the advertised price. The people running the place are the benchmark for dealing with guests. All the compliments!! The location itself is very convenient, being in the centre of Prato, wchich is very close to Firence. So if you are comming by a car, it is ideal for you. That can be your base to cover all the Toscany. Very nice experience all in all. Not much, maybe the parking can be offered without extra pay, but there is a lot of parking nearby, and often on the street in front of the accomodation, so this is not something I would label as a problem.
