I was assured I would get credited through booking.com. Hannah checked with the Mgr at the Hilton when approved it but not sure what the disconnect is between the hotel and/or booking.com for the credit since it was approved but I still don’t have it yet. Please work together to resolve and advise thank you

Great location, close to town. Room was very large, clean and comfortable. Very relaxing. Room was serviced every day, which was a bonus. No problems, room very pleasant.

Ended up staying here last minute for a youth sports tournament because all of the Marriotts were booked. Would book the Hilton again hands down. We watched the world cup in the great bar/restaurant next door, hotel undergoing major renovations and lobby perfect for relaxing or having a coffee. Weight room facilities some of the best I've seen in a hotel with their range of strength equipment. Did not have a chance to explore the area surrounding the hotel much but I will come again when return to Providence.

It is totally ridiculous to charge for parking and bottle water. Room charge is sufficient to cover parking and 2 bottles of water. Absolutely ridiculous.

Front desk staff was helpful was I first checked in, very kind. That’s the only positive experience. I had a ton of stuff stolen from my car, hotel was no help either. Told me I parked at my own risk, they have no cameras and the parking you pay for isn’t guaranteed. You may have to park elsewhere or illegally in the garage and hope to not get towed. Absolutely will not be staying here again and advise others to avoid it.

My only critique would be the $32 parking fee. Something less would be much better
