The bed is too soft and there is not enough staff at checking so not only you wait quite a bit but they are pretty stressed especially as it takes them a long time to process a checking or a checkout (bad system)
-
Hotel claim be a business hotel, but no offices or rooms for meetings where av available for the guests, all have to be paid separately and were extremely expensive.

Location and Breakfast was great and included Beds, it was a bedroom with two twin beds very uncomfortable, they moved as a Hammock, and you can feel the springs when you sit on it. One of the most important aspects of a stay is the rest, and beds are a primary aspects of a good rest. Also rooms were nice modern looking, but cheap, once you are in, is noticeable the use of cheap beds, lack of iron, towels are so old that they will give you a free scrub, and at the end last day no water, had to left the hotel for a 6 hour flight without taking a shower.

The location was fine (Las Condes, biz area). The cleaning was not good. The room besides mine was open and messy since my check in and until my check out, despite of the fact that I request to the looby to interving. I spect this was just a spot deviation, because for every guest it's critical.

Just location 1. Strange smell in the reception, elevators and floor corredors (like sewer) very bad smell. 2. Air condition a caos, some of the room are control by a general control, so you can not control it, it is off or on or regulate randomly by the hotel. 3. Not enough staff to handle and resolve issues; they try to help, but the problem lies with the hotel, I imagine with more management level to improve hotels quality. 4. Breakfast too basic, people with intolerance forget this hotel as hotel as option. 5. Room very noisy, some of them have behind the wall system that at night start some strange noisy (machine, no sure if it isbrealted to the air condition system). 6. No considered 4 start as reviews. Lower than that. 7. Elevator take long time , it is the hotel shared underfloors to external parking lot services, really strange.

It is very well located and the stuff are nice Chile it is very expensive, so, this hotel is not cheap for the return of service, but if you consider how much more expensive the others hotels are in Chile....maybe is acceptable? The rooms are tiny

Nice environment and room, cleanness, excellent breakfast, great location Reception, at check in there was just one person at front desk and around 20 people checking in, it took me about 45 minutes to get my turn

This was an excellent choice for my business trip to Santiago. The room was reasonably comfortable despite being a bit small - although the slide-out closet was genius - and it was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and accommodating despite me knowing only enough Spanish to apologize for not speaking Spanish. The breakfast was pretty standard fare but pleasant enough, and I liked being able to take it outside on the veranda. I did not eat at the rooftop restaurant, but I did appreciate stopping up for a drink in the evening with its spectacular views. The location in Providencia was perfect; there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the metro is right around the corner. I would stay here again without hesitation. My only complaint was that the bed in my room was a little less comfortable than I am used to. Maybe it just needs a decent mattress pad underneath, but it did impact my sleep a little.

Everything. Centrally located, friendly staff. On site restaurants/bars were great. Breakfast was just okay.

Location, staff behavior
-
room is too small.

I’ve stayed here twice before. I like its location, modern style, varied breakfast, rooftop bar, and friendly staff. However, this time was different; the hotel seemed abandoned and in need of maintenance. It was disappointing as I book this hotel with closed eyes whenever I travel to Santiago.

Location, great breakfast, great staff! Room was very small. Bed mattress was hard.
-
Great location, súper friendly staff, Ivan at the front desk was very helpful and Helvio at breakfast very friendly. Clean rooms, comfortable and with a great view. Parking at location for free, bikes available to use and the breakfast was so good All good

the location of the hotel is great, very clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good
-
The location and design are amazing Staff was friendly and helpful Good breakfast spread

Some rooms need repairs, such as a leaking sink, a loose toilet paper holder, and a malfunctioning phone that displays the wrong room number, causing delivery issues from the hotel staff. Additionally, there is a strange smell on some floors, similar to stagnant water from a clogged pipe. Some hotel staff appear to lack proper training, or there may have been a language barrier. Overall, the service lacked professionalism.

Nice hotel close to the Canadian Embassy (our interest). Also great shopping and dining nearby. Great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. The wifi was terrible - and an important part of our stay at a "business hotel".
