They have the same menu for breakfast every day and couples time the cheese didn't taste fresh,not really existing, stay in different hotels before in the same area and the breakfast was amazing Well, too star the WiFi signal was horrible, in the add mentioned the hotel has a pool and a gym available, both were out of service, no coffee maker in the room

Hotel had 2 restaurants. They served a very nice buffet breakfast daily. Loved that our room was ready for us at 9:30am after our red eye flight. Pool not open. Looked like pool had not been used in a few years. Desk chair did not fit under desk well,thus a bit in the way of the refrigerator.

Great location, good value for a night or 2 in Santiago. Staffs in the hotel are very helpful.

location was perfect, many restaurants ans bars near by, walkable neighborhood, metro station less than 5min walk, easy to get around the city. room is very wide and comfortable breakfast was anything but good - and i’m not a picky person when it comes to food. sometimes less is more - it would be best to have fewer options, but GOOD

Location Children that were staying at the same hotel wouldn’t let anyone sleep. Even the hotel neighbors called to complain

The room service There wasn't hot water 2/3 days of the trip, and the staff was not accommodating. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the mucama service didn't restock towels or soap.

We arrived at 8:30 in the morning. We had planned to drop off our bags. They asked if we wanted our room, which, of course, we did. We were able to take a short nap after our 10+ hour flight. We realize this may not always be available, but it was way beyond our expectations. The location was very near many good restaurants. We did have to take the train to the center of town, but the train station was only a few blocks away. Hotel Stanford made our short stop in Santiago very enjoyable and allowed to adjust for the rest of our trip to South America. We didn't stay long enough.
