The light situation was confusing in the room. Seems you had to have the switch on in the entryway and in the bathroom to turn on the mirror. Took us a while to figure it out. Everything else worked well!

Too much noise from the school next to the hotel

location is perfect, the facilities are not too bad We had a difficult stay due to several issues. Our first room had a broken door lock, which made us feel unsafe. When we reported this, the front desk's initial response was that nothing could be done, though they did eventually move us after we insisted. Both the first and second rooms had a persistent, unpleasant odor, and we noticed other guests dealing with the same problem late at night. Additionally, despite booking a Queen bed, we were given two doubles. Since it was already midnight and we were exhausted, we had to stay, but the small beds were quite uncomfortable for us. The staff's dismissive attitude and the room conditions were disappointing. I hope the management addresses these maintenance and service issues.

The hotel was nice and staff was pleasant and accommodating. I was pleased with everything. The hotel was clean . Breakfast was good.

Amazing and comfy, the staff provides everything you need, the swimming pool has an incredible sunlight which provides a hot and delightful water. Complete and delicious breakfast, a huge wine list and delicious IPAs at the bar. Design is just fancy and minimalist. Complete fantastic experience!

Location is perfect. The hotel is clean and comfortable Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are smaller that I like, but it is fine. There is no desk or place to work.

Fully equipped hotel with restaurant, bar, outside seating area and pool. Room was clean and hotel well maintained. Staff was friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfasts.

Extremely good breakfast although a bit monotonous. Service is top notch. Extremely good location - very very safe neighborhood. Plenty of food options and a short walk to one of the largest malls in Santiago. Room sizes were small especially for a family of four. The restaurant is expensive with limited dining options and the food is mainly frozen and reheated (burgers and pizzas) - they can do better!

Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, delicious breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs, very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately there were a couple of ant trails in our room. We know this can be an issue in any warm weather place.
