Buena ubicación, con gran colectividad en un sector seguro. Habitación limpia y buena comunicación para check-in. Pequeños detalles de infraestructura relacionados con reparaciones previas para mantener funcionalidad. Nada grave!

Convenient location for the city, space for off-street parking for the hire car. Good café in the building (separate business) Problem with initial access since arrived late afternoon on a Sunday, once had keys then was easy

The rooms could benefit from some additional maintenance

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location was perfect for walking around the city. There were a few issues with the door not locking properly and it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower.

I appreciated the location and the general neighborhood of Andino; it was within walking-distance to the downtown area, but the neighborhood streets felt rather residential. I also appreciated the plethora of food during breakfast. I struggled to understand how things worked during COVID time; it felt like nothing was explained to me and then when I asked, I was made to feel like a nuisance. I had an early flight out one morning, and I got yelled at by staff for asking them if they could please open the outside gate early in the morning.
