The bathtub was quite narrow, making it hard to move. It was also very slick and lacked any non-slip mats or stickers, which felt very unsafe and like a major slipping hazard.

Excellent location, great staff, rooms are beyond comfortable, great breakfast, great value for money! I would have liked to pay part of the bill with pesos, but the staff mentioned they'd charge me with taxes in that case. So I had to pay everything in dollars, even though I had received some pesos I was planning to use for that purpose.

the fresh juice, fruits & desserts i didn't appreciate the fact that the hotel does not accept debit cards upon checking in also i had to change 2 rooms because the 1st room the AC wasn't working then they got us another room then the safety deposit box wasn't working either then we moved to the 18th Floor, Room 1801 and we stayed there until our stay ended. The hotel needs staff that speak english as we had to used our phones to communicate also when I had booked this hotel I had received a free taxi pick at the airport and when I landed there was no taxi I had to pay for a taxi to arrive at the hotel. P.S. this was my second trip to Chile and stayed at your Hotel in 2019.

good, but so few perssonel attending and cleaning the tables, and the place was very bussy. that is not good, the time waiting for find a clean table for breakfast, is very unorganized

WiFi must be improved in the rooms.

Clean, comfortable, very well situated. The recently renovated restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast, and the staff were very pleasant. The upper hallways are in need of upgrading but the rooms are very pleasant.

Location is very good. The view from the upper floors is excellent. There is enough parking, which is free. My bed had an old and worn-out mattress. The lighting is white and cold like in a public hospital. The breakfast was below standard. Security is insufficient, since anyone can enter the parking garage without any control and then take the elevator to the guest floors without having a room key card.

A water jug/kettle in the room to make a cup of tea is needed, instead of going downstairs to the cafe for a cup of hot water, if the cafe was open.

The room are clean. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast has a variety of election. It is well located close to shopping and metro station

Pillows not comfortable. I left clothing in my room accidentally, but trying to get it back was a problem. I had to change rooms. I asked to have the forgotten clothes sent to my room, which was not done.

In my point of view. all the esrtucture need renovation. and the sevices offers too

We took 2 transfers and 1 tour and were very happy The breakfast is so so good! With chilean products but i missed the marraqueta Great wifi There is no kettle in the room

Very good hotel at a fair value in an excellent location. Good shower, great bed, clean facilities, all that is expected from a good hotel.

It was clean and well located The settings for air conditioning where limited and it was too hot (AC for cold wasn’t enabled)

I like the staff and location of hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Hotel should provide more amenities in the room. Iron and coffee maker is must at this price

They should take care of guests basic needs to improve quality service. For example: To lend a universal power charger if necessary. To offer organic sugar at breakfast To check availability of drinks/water in the room.
