We had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott Santiago Cenco Costanera. The location was absolutely perfect, especially with the convenience of having a shopping mall right there. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and a highlight for us was the fantastic hotel bar that offered an amazing view. Highly recommend! If I had to be a bit fussy, the gym is very basic with the heaviest weights capping out at 20kg. It certainly didn't affect our stay—most people aren't looking to train hard on holiday anyway!—but it's something to note for active travelers.

The views!!!!!! Location, near metro and mall and cable car, Hector the security man was so helpful, breakfast great! Luna bar is closed on sundays, as is the hotel restaurant. Food is plentiful at the adjacent giant mall however.

Great Location and views Big comfortable room The service was not rude, but it consistently gave the impression that staff were instructed to offer guests as little as possible unless something was explicitly requested. Basic items such as water and coffee were not restocked unless we asked, and at breakfast there was little effort to inform guests about what was available. In several cases, we only realized that certain dishes or options could be ordered after seeing them served at a neighboring table. The staff themselves were generally polite, but the overall experience felt unnecessarily restrictive, as though the goal was to provide the minimum rather than create a welcoming hospitality experience. This is particularly disappointing in a hotel of this category.

Magnifique view from bedroom Very comfortable bedroom and large bathroom with separate WC Maybe the elevator system from arrival hall .

Best Marriot hotel in Santiago, location is great and ambinece is very good. . Loved their business center. Basic water in room, coffeee maker is far from electric switch and one has to carry that bulky machine to other end to plug, all our delegates had same problem in their rooms.

Location, comfortable, breakfast
-
Excellent room, nice bathroom layout, sexy mirror by the bed, clean, noiseless, breakfast was excellent Restaurant menu- kind of pricy for basically fancy appetizers (but tasty- got the salmon)
-
Excellent breakfast buffet. Also had freshly made-to-order eggs/omelets/toast. Great location with access to Cenco Constanera. Also 5-10 mins taxi ride to San Cristobal-Cable-Funicular etc. We had two rooms and views from both the rooms were excellent. The corner room had Cenco Constanera building. I put in a request for close by or connected rooms (months before arrival) and got a confirmation back saying the request is approved. However, on arrival I was told that the rooms are already allotted and will be at opposite end of the building on same floor. We were travelling with kids, and this was very inconvenient. Could have made some effort to have rooms close by as notified at time of booking.

Clean, easy check-in, direct access to a big mall
-
Clean and comfortable The staff at breakfast were somewhat slow with the à la carte food- eggs took about 30-45 mins

Very good location, very central, just 300 m away from the Tobalaba metro station. Being located next to Sky Costanera tower and above the big mall is also very handy for everything such as a rooftop visit or shopping, etc. Our room was at 25th floor and the view from the room was amazing. ?? Also, it’s super quiet up there. Bed and the pillows were very comfy. Service is really good, staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast was tasty and rich as well. Bathroom is large and clean. Don’t forget to try the terrace bar, nice place! We were taken to a connecting room. Noise comes through the door. As it is a high-rise building, there is no balcony or an openable window in the room. So no fresh air. And the conditioned air dries the throat-nose during the night. That was the only annoying part for us. But it’s a design issue, nothing related to hotel staff or operating. Other than that, in overall it was an excellent stay.

Breakfast and staff very good. The room was weird. Bathroom was part of the bedroom . No closets.

This is a 5 star stay. The hotel is modern with a beautiful lobby and amazing rooftop bar with views of the city. The view from our room was equally amazing. The hotel reception is on the 17th floor (with a small street level lobby) and the rooms are on higher floors. The breakfast buffet is included in the price and was also above and beyond. Also, the staff was very kind and friendly. We arrived at 8am after a long international flight experiences store our bags and wait for 3pm. Instead we were offered early check in for just US$50 additional which we were grateful for. The hotel is connected to probably the biggest mall in Santiago and there are many nice neighborhoodrestaurants within a 10 minute walk. The location is fine with great restaurants but not in the heart of the main sights. We rode the subway for about 7 stops and/or took a 10 minute Uber ride to get to the areas we wanted to be. Easy enough.

How the uber and Lyft could not pick you up in front of the hotel because of sanctions.

We are coming back again

Nice location

Fantastic facilities and fantastic location

The bed is super comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. It’s not possible to get an uber in front of the hotel due to a bus lane and the taxis are not recommended, so you have to walk to a different street to be able to call an uber. Also, the hotel is on the same building as the mall, that is suuuuper crowded.

We love the location, to have access to a mall and other services was a good thing. The view was great, the mountains and the Sky Costanera were beautiful. The room was comfortable enough for my family. The transportation was difficult, because we could not be picked from the door of the hotel. The beds were smaller than promoted. They were supposed to be queen but were full. Also housekeeping was a little bit erratic.
