The Team of front desk with the exception of the supervisor. The team of the coffee shop and the coffee shop. nothing else The rooms smell like sewage I had to asked for a room change in the middle of the night because of this, Is unhealthy and dangerous for the health. I didn´t recommend the hotel at any case. The supervisor is the worst

Helpful staff. Very nice facility. I reserved a take out breakfast as I was leaving very early one morning prior to your kitchen opening. The breakfast take out was not available that morning.

The staff is great. Friendly, sweet, and sharp. The room service breakfast is very good. Had a nice dinner at the restaurant -- food was good! Great location, and the room is spacious. The room looked a little dated (e.g., banged up furniture, a stain here and there). The bed was not made well. And the shower took a while to get warm.

Great stay. We had a very late flight, and staff was kind enough to extend our checkout, which massively improved our stay. Thank you!

I absolutely loved the property! The sky costanera center was extremely close by and the safety/location made the experience top tier. The breakfast was very delicious. Everything was very lovely and excellent customer service.

Breakfast was good, tables are a little bit crowded for my linking. Location is great and room is quite big. Checkout was a littel bit slow, front desk was crowded somehow...with people not checking in/out

Everything was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it if you're without a car and don't care about parking being in another building. The parking is in another building and when I asked one of the staff to help me with my luggages, my request was politely rejected. I had a lot of luggages and skiing equipments and if I knew the parking was that far, I would not book this hotel.

Location is good, in a nice area and walking distance to restaurants. An easy taxi/uber to tourist locations. Staff were great, very attentive when coming in with taking bags, opening doors etc. Managed to check in a few hours early, which was a lifesaver after a long flight there. Breakfast buffet was good, although rather expensive. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Overall can't fault it. There isn't really a proper driveway area for taxis / cars to pull up for pick up / drop off like you would normally expect at a Hilton. Not a huge issue, as they just pull up on the sidewalk anyway, but it is quite limited for room. The buffet breakfast doesn't start at the advertised time, tends to just be when they are ready (around 7:15am in our experience).
