Hotel Plaza El Bosque Ebro

Good place for kids, indoor heated pool and plenty of sugary breakfast options Annoying little charges (for using a coffee pod in my room), very disappointing breakfast, cold cuts and sugary pastries and scrambled eggs. Building in poor shape, buckets all over gym collecting dripping water, half of the elevators out of service, rooftop dining area, where they apparently used to have breakfast with a lovely view, no longer in operation

Location The shower water isn't hot enough. At the breakfast, not basic options for people with intolerance or vegan ( not lacto free or vegeral milk, lact free ypgourt or vegetal yogourt etc); some of the food not identified at least to know what it was.

Receptive to fix problems. Water was barely warm until they came to fix it at 11 pm

Breakfast was tasty eith a lot of choices. A few more healthy choices. There were a lot of tempting sweets.

Good location, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was super nice. Close to many restaurants and walkable distance to San Christobal Mountain. Roof terras was under renovation and not accessible.

toilet; Wi-Fi When flushing the toilet, the system was not working properly, requiring multiple attempts and the result was not optimal; the Wi-Fi did not work, so the assistant had to give me another net and this was ok. When I called the front desk, once they told me "in 5 minutes try again", but nothing. Then I called again and they send me the assistant, who resolved the problem

This hotel is amazing!! Our stay was an awesome experience of professionalism and class. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with lots of enthusiasm. Our flight arrived early, by the time we got to the hotel it was 0930, my husband and i were extremely tired. We thought that we would have to wait until check in, that didn’t happen, we were giving a room right away. Wow, that was a blessing!! I wish i knew the names of the two wonderful guys that took care of us, they went above and beyond to help us with the check in. Unfortunately, I don’t remember their names. Nothing that we didn’t like.

Great value for a 5 star hotel. Good location, walking distance to lot of restaurants and the Cenco Costanera tier and shopping centre. Very clean

Location and facilities

The location was great, room was spacious ! They had a cot made up for our baby. It was clean. The water pipes super noisey, only upon arrival were we told that restuarant and bar up top were shut for renovations. Staff at respection not very friendly.
