Excellent room layout. Great location allowing for easy access to sites by foot. We had dinner in the hotel the first night and found the food exceptional. Breakfast, IMO was lacking for a 5 star restaurant but it was still good. There was nothing we didn't like, however the breakfast I think could had offered a better variety of food. We did have an odd smell in the room and think it was some kind of carpet cleaner.

Nothing Heat did not work, I was freezing all night and merely got an “I’m sorry” the next morning despite having called to get it fixed. A full refund would have been the LEAST they could do

The restaurant staff, concierge, and bellmen were exceptional helpful, welcoming and warm. Low hot water pressure in one room and tiny room.

Location and lobby Rooms are a bit old but clean. In my arrival there was not the stuff for ironing.

Comfortable beds , nice quiet rooms . It’s run down , desperately needs an upgrade . In the lobby they are already working on renovation , lots of building noise . ( 11 march 2025) Carpets full of spots , paint missing here and there . It definitely lacks attention in upkeep . The restaurant off the lobby, behind the bar looks very shabby .

Pool Room AC dosnt work well. Bathroom...the shower has a good flow of water, but the water comes out, wetting the entire floor.
