Excellent location Comfortable beds Delicious breakfast The staff are very friendly and polite During breakfast time it was too crowded, better to arrive before 08:00 AM

Muy buen hotel. Muy bien ubicado y un equipo de recepción muy centrados en los huéspedes. Tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera Francisca Viveros en recepcióm. Ella fue una verdadera ayuda y salvadora: nos ayudó con el early Check In y late check out por nuestras necesidades. Muy simpática y atenta se preocupó de nosotros en cada interacción. Definitivamente volveremos a quedarnos ahí en el futuro.

Good Room

Staff is very good and helpfull The new rooms… do not have closet and drawers.remodelation should improve the guest stay at the hote

location, breakfast and free parking

We used this hotel for visiting the US embassy. It was 5 min to get to the Embassy. The surrounding area appeared to be safe and the hotel inside was quiet although the traffic wasn't less. The first room key failed to work for the second time. I had to go down to the lobby to change my key. Otherwise everything else was ok.

Clean and Excellent location Nothing

Location was great, the staff was really helpful and keen to help, breakfast was good but not exceptional. The room was nice. He had a couple issues with the cleanliness of the room with they solve really fast, elevators are small and take time to be able to take them, but the building was under renovation.

Location was the best feature. It was walking distance to main shopping area which was excellent for supermarket, food and recreational shopping. Early check in (1 hour early) was accommodated. Room was comfortable. Good value for money. Did not like that when booking (third party booking) I was not given option to pay before arriving. Did not like that paying by debit card incurred a 19% fee - this was not informed to me prior to booking or arrival. Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom could be better as had visible mold in shower/bath.

Some sort of repair / construction in nearby room that went well into the evening was annoying.

Great location and nice staff

Location and room where nice. Breakfast was average other then the fruit was very fresh. The eggs where on the cold side and sometimes cookecd improperly, either runny or burnt.

Very good location, close to shopping, restaurants and hop-on and off bus stop. The staff was very helpful.

Excellent location

No cold air coming from air conditioner. My complaints to fix this fell on deaf ears. I had bad sleep due this. I realize that it is a system set up where there really is no adjusting the temperature as it is preset. Very bad!

Location was great, the breakfast was fabulous. Check in and out was efficient and friendly. And finally, the Concierge/ door man was very friendly and helpful (day shift). I would stay there again in a heart beat. Many thanks for a great experience. PS, this was the Only lodging in the course of an 18 day stay in Chile, where the sheets and bedding didn’t have a musty”old man” smell. Not sure was causes it, but I found it very unpleasant. I have no complaints
